A soft, toasted malt backbone brings gentle caramel and biscuit warmth, creating a smooth and rounded base. Layered over the top, Olicana and Jester hops introduce bright citrus, hedgerow fruit and a subtle tropical lift.

The result is a beautifully balanced beer where traditional malt depth meets modern hop character, finishing clean with a soft, satisfying bitterness.
