Mike Deal
Director, Head Brewer & Chief Cauldron Stirrer
Mike is the wizard behind the beer magic. With a steely determination (and a slightly concerning obsession with hops), he brews up Wildcraft’s finest ales, stirring the cauldron like a potion master. When he’s not knee-deep in malt, you’ll find him muttering about “yeast efficiency” and occasionally hugging the brewing tanks.
Lucie Wells
Accounts Wizard & Taproom Tamer
Lucie is the guardian of the Wildcraft treasure chest, keeping the numbers in check while making sure Mike doesn’t spend the entire budget on newfangled brewing gadgets. When not balancing the books, she keeps the taproom in line with a steely glare and a well-timed “Oi!”
Sean Davies
Business Development Manager & Beer Evangelist
If there’s a pub, a shop, or a beer festival within a 100-mile radius, Sean has already been there, convincing people that they simply should stock Wildcraft. With the charisma of a salesman and the enthusiasm of a man who truly loves his job, Sean can talk beer until even the casks get dizzy.
Ben Huggett
Assistant Brewer & Yeast Whisperer
Ben is Mike’s trusty apprentice, learning the dark arts of brewing while somehow managing to avoid being permanently covered in malt dust. His duties include heavy lifting, staring at bubbling fermenters, cleaning everything that Mike makes messy and generally doing everything, while getting none of the credit.
Cara Tipple
Tap Room Staff & Master of the Perfect Pint & Coffee
Cara is the friendly face behind the bar, always ready with a pint and a pun. Whether she’s pouring the perfect head on a beer or expertly dodging a customer who’s had one too many, she does it all with a cheeky smile and a well-timed eye roll.
Melissa Butler
Tap Room & Events Maestro
Melissa is the queen of events, orchestrating everything from beer tastings to raucous quiz nights. If there’s a party, she’s the one making sure the drinks flow and the chaos remains (mostly) controlled. She has a sixth sense for spotting an empty glass and a supernatural ability to keep the good times rolling.
Luci
Tap Room & The Shelf Sorcerer & Glass Whisperer
Luci is the true guardian of the glassware and master of the shelves at Wildcraft Brewery! With an eagle eye for missing stock and a knack for keeping glasses sparkling, she ensures our taproom runs smoothly. Always cheerful and ready to lend a hand, she’s an essential part of the Wildcraft family—because without her, we’d all be drinking from sticky pint glasses and searching for lost bottles!
