These special one off, limited edition mixed ferm beers feature our Wild Medlar ale in a 500ml bottle. We fermented the beer on its own yeasts and then transferred into 3 different types of wooden barrel to age for 1 year.
This has resulted in unique flavours, 3 very different abv's and exciting overtones of whisky, bourbon and Port, all from the wood they have been aged in.
You can try all 3 and discover the way each barrel has imparted its own amazing flavours into one of our most intriguing beers.
