This week we’re going in with The Fusion Brews.
So without further ado…..
The Fusion brews...
We call them Fusion Brews because, in the words of head-brewer MIke, they are a fusion of flavour!
Wild caribbean
Our award winning Pineapple IPA won GOLD at the Europe’s Greatest craft beer competition, the Craft Beer Awards 2021. Tropical tasting with a little bitterness, followed by that fresh pineapple to hit your sweet tooth. Pale and straw like in colour, 4.3% ABV. Made using a beautiful blend of Centennial, Azacca and Cascade hops. Ben’s personal recommendation!!
WILD WOOD
I have never smelt anything nicer than turning up to work when Wild Wood is being brewed. Truly and honestly, the aroma is incredible. This Black Forest Gateau Stout is brewed with black cherries and tastes like chocolate, black in colour and a hearty 5.2% ABV. Brewed with Fuggles hops, my personal recommendation!
Wild hopster
Soon to be renamed Wild Weekend! It appears thick, hazy and straw coloured but the notes of citrus and tropical fruit will have you hopping for sure. 5% ABV and made using SIX different hops - Centennial, challenger, azacca, olicana, citra and jester.
WILD ANCHOR
Our most recent brew! This one is definitely for the summer, being a juicy IPA and a grounding 6.5% ABV. Like the hopster it is thick, hazy and straw coloured, but refreshingly bitter with flavours of tropical fruit, grapefruit and lychee. Hops used - citra, azacca, olicana and jester. This is a limited edition version at 6.5%! Future brews of this one will be around 4.4%.
Wild un-bongo
Flavours of mango’s, hops and that tropical breeze will catch you off guard with our Mango NEIPA. This one also won GOLD at the Craft Beer Awards 2021. A lovely 5.8% ABV, orange in colour with a haze to it. Centennial, Challenger, Azacca, Olicana and Citra hops combined make this unique and packed with a punch. Luke’s personal recommendation!!
