We set up Wildcraft with the ethos of building a community of people that would be part of the brewery, sharing in our experiences and joining us in them, rather than just asking people to buy our product.
This started with us Crowdfunding and to those of you thinking 'where is my reward?', don't worry, we are slowly but surely getting them out. The beauty of the Crowdfunding, and the events that went with it was that we got to know many of the people that pledged and they in turn, have got to know us. Some have gone the extra mile and helped us through some of the tougher times, others have supported in other ways and some have just been there as an ear to chew. I would like to publicly mention and thank Sadie (@ladysadie on Twitter) who has been an amazing help to us and Karen Black (@hubfizz on Twitter) for her support and encouragement.
Surprisingly, the amazing people we have met so far, are not all from the general public, people with businesses have also been really helpful and supportive. So here is a little thank you to those of you that have helped us to get this far:
These guys were the first to show an interest and the first to give us an order. But it was far more than just buying our beer, these guys gave us advice, checked over our pricing and generally made sure that we would hit the ground running. Massive thanks to them
Pubs:
Several pubs believed in us from the start and gave us advice as well as orders that helped us get off the ground. In particular, I would like to mention Charlie at The Kings Head (@kingshdnorwich) in Norwich. A fantastic bloke in an amazingly good real ale pub. I also need to thank Dan at The Reindeer (@reindeer_pub) who kept with us despite some early hold ups due to teething problems.
Not sure I need to say any more about these guys than I have in this post https://wildcraftbrewery.co.uk/cupping-with-strangers/
These are the guys that created 'Brewbacca', our wonderful monster and despite some opposition at the start, fought to give us a brand that would not only stand out, but would make everyone know Wildcraft as soon as they saw the labels. Working to a very tight budget, these guys really have made miracles happen. Its great when someone takes on a project rather than a job and gets stuck into every aspect... That is Jay and Chris at 3pm!
Product photography was something we were severely lacking until Daniel at Lightening photography stepped in. Again, taking this on as a project rather than a job, he has created some wonderful images that will help us take the business to the next level. Now he just has to do my wedding photography, I'm not sure which will pose the greater challenge ;-)
So how did we find all these lovely people? Unfortunately, that's where my title is a bit misleading as I have no idea! Most of them found us! I think the trick is a simple one, be yourself, be generous, be kind, be everything you would hope someone else will be to you and similar people will come along and want to work with you. I'm looking forward to the people we meet in 2017, so if we haven't met you yet, make sure you make yourselves known to us.

I have been browsing online greater than three hours lately, yet I by no means discovered any interesting article like yours. It is pretty price sufficient for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made good content material as you probably did, the internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.
