Wild Steamer is a modern take on a traditional amber ale… combining a rich malt backbone with the vibrant character of newer English hop varieties.

At 4.0%, it sits comfortably as a sessionable option, but with far more personality than a standard amber. This is a beer that brings something a little different to the bar… familiar enough to be approachable, but with a modern twist that keeps it interesting.

🍂 Flavour Profile

A smooth, lightly toasted malt base delivers gentle caramel and biscuit notes, giving the beer warmth and depth without heaviness.

Layered on top are Olicana and Jester hops, bringing bright citrus, hedgerow fruit and subtle tropical notes. The result is a balanced beer where traditional malt character meets fresh, modern hop expression.

The finish is clean with a soft bitterness, making it easy to drink while still full of flavour.
