Our premium Spiced Rum is a delicious blend of 3 year old cask aged Bajan rum expertly infused with a 5 year old Dominican rum and blended with locally sourced Cornish spring water.
Our award winning spiced variety is then further aged and flavoured over time with adventurous spices, including fresh vanilla, Cornish saffron, nutmeg, homemade caramel and oranges to name a few.
Once perfectly flavoured we then independently fill and hand label our distinctive bottles here in the depths of West Cornwall to give a uniquely tasting Cornish Rum!
