Our Gold rum is a fine, cask aged Bajan rum cask aged for 3 years before being carefully blended with a quality 5 year old Dominican rum. Fresh Cornish spring water is finally added to provide a smooth yet satisfying traditional style rum which provides distinct chocolatey notes among the fresher, grassy flavours.
Once complete our rum is independently bottled and hand labelled in the depths of West Cornwall!
