At Wildcraft Brewery, we use a specialist brewing enzyme called Brewers Clarex during fermentation.

Brewers Clarex works by breaking down the gluten proteins naturally found in barley during the brewing process. This allows us to produce beers that test below the recognised gluten free threshold of 20ppm (parts per million), while still using traditional brewing ingredients and maintaining full flavour and character.

Unlike some gluten free beers that rely on alternative grains, our process allows us to create modern craft beer styles with the body, aroma, and mouthfeel beer lovers expect.

All of our beers are also vegan friendly.
