We’re looking to build a small, dedicated team to run our new microbar. There is one full-time position available, along with several flexible part-time roles. The job description below outlines all aspects of the role, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every single box—what’s most important to us is reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Wildcraft Brewery is expanding to the seaside with our brand-new microbar based within Kerbside Kitchens new outlet in Cromer! We pride ourselves on crafting unique, locally brewed beers and creating a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere. Our new microbar will be a hub for beer lovers and coffee enthusiasts alike, offering a range of Wildcraft beers and high-quality barista-made coffee throughout the day.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and proactive individual to join our team at the new Wildcraft microbar. As a key part of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of Wildcraft Brewery, engaging with customers, preparing top-notch coffee, serving beers, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the bar.

Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, maintaining consistency and excellence in every cup.

Learn about and be able to confidently talk about our range of Wildcraft beers, including flavours, styles, and brewing processes.

Serve and pour drinks correctly, ensuring a top-quality pint every time (training provided if needed).

Change kegs and maintain the bar’s beer lines and equipment (training provided).

Monitor stock levels and report ordering needs to management.

Ensure the bar and coffee area are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety and hygiene regulations.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Assist in setting up and running tasting events, promotions, and special nights.

Promote a responsible drinking environment and adhere to licensing laws.

A people person who enjoys chatting with customers and making them feel at home.

Someone with barista experience who takes pride in crafting great coffee.

A passion for beer (or a willingness to learn!) and an interest in craft brewing.

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently when required.

Previous experience in a coffee shop, bar, or hospitality role is desirable.

Comfortable working in a busy environment and able to handle peak times with a smile.

A team player with a proactive attitude who takes pride in their work.

Full training on Wildcraft Brewery beers, including tasting sessions.
